1. In bed (to sleep) by 10pm every night (unless Ladies night). 2. 10,000 steps everyday (unless injured or unwell). 3. 2 litres of water every day. 4. No soft drinks (unless Ladies Night). 5. Only eating when I am hungry until I am no longer hungry. 6. No Netflix (unless on treadmill or in bathtub).
