| RAJAKUMARAN, my advice for you is, dont stress yourself! You’re only human. I mean everyone struggles with willpower challenges and everyone sometimes loses control. This is just a part of the human condition, and your setback does not mean there is something wrong with you. Also I struggled in the past with similar experiences when I knew not so much about porn addiction. Don't be hard on yourself for your setbacks, as this only puts stress on you. stress is the enemy of willpower. Forgive yourself, and stay strong :) | |
