I am.also learning that muscle weighs more than fat. So since I am exercising 4 times a week I may lose inches but my weight may remain the same. I am.okay with that

I missed my goal by 2 ounces. I am less focused on the weekly goal and more focus on the end goal. I am abiding by my healthy low-carb eating plan and feel it will serve me well in the long run.
