Just had couscous 3 days in a row and... it's not THAT good to eat everyday, but I made a mistake of making a lot of it.... oops. So, we're supposed to be going to the gym tonight. First day back in MONTHS! Woohoo!
Still going strong. Saw 223 this morning with no signs of hunger. But I am craving pizza and a mocha frappe. |

Still going strong! Today, I tries couscous for the very first time and it was so good! I've been having gas all day though. I'm not sure if from couscous or front being plantbased or what. I didn't get a smoothie in or fruit so maybe I'm low on fiber.
But I'm a little down right now because I'm looking at old pictures and I have some nasty stretch marks on my stomach from my rapid weight gain. I'm not sure I'll ever have the confidence to wear a crop top but i always wanted to. I just dont want to show off stretch marks... Sigh. Well i have to live with reality that i did this to myself and it's a lesson that i cant take shortcuts. I can't starve myself to lose weight. I have to do it right.
So day 4 is a success. I tried a new food, ate salad and leftover soup. I might have a smoothie later if i get hungry. |

Today has been yummy! And I successfully turned down free pizza. Pizza is my number one weakness. I'm not playing around here. If I see pizza, I want it and I want the whole thing.
So I conquered that one and I made a big pot of soup today that I milked all day and I'm definitely feeling full now! I had a smoothie, homemade corn tortilla chips with salsa, an apple, a salad, 4 cups of tea and plenty of water.
AND this morning I woke up to 225.8 compared to yesterday's 228. Like, what? So, I'm hoping I'm going to wake up to see 224 tomorrow which was where I was a few weeks ago. I'm loving this! And it's my little secret.
I told Leah but she doesn't give a fuck, so I'm on my own with this. And it's so thrilling :) Having my own little secret. In a few months, people are gonna be like, LOOK AT YA GIRL!
Haha. But anyway, today was a success! I'm trying to check off Dr. Greger's daily dozen, but I'm too full to get another piece of fruit in or some nuts. But, everything else is checked!
Last night, I made some peanut butter and it was nice before bed. Tomorrow I am going to make Orgasm Trail Mix because I want a healthy snack and to get my nuts in.
So, that was today. And, I'm feeling super good about this. |
