Week 1 down; Digestion is definitely better, likely this has helped. Haven’t even had a nibble when I was prepping salad for Berkeley which is good ?. Vegetable intake was kale in smoothie, spaghetti squash, cooked cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, pumpkin in breakfast cookies and sweet potato. Will try to make at least one cooked veg some part of my daily intake to help with micronutrient intake.
