2. 10,000 steps everyday (unless injured or unwell). 3. 2 litres of water every day. 4. No soft drinks (unless out and in place of alcohol, but still no Coke Zero). 5. 腹8分目. 6. No eating after dinner. 7. No Netflix (unless on treadmill or in bathtub or epilating/exfoliating). 8. Play piano for 10 minutes. 9. Write for 10 minutes. 10. Complete 'lose 10 pounds workout'. 11. Listen to hypnosis. 12. Write in sstick before bed. Self corr

The extra sleep would be nice. I currently get 6.5 to 7.5 hours a night during the week and it’s wearing me down. I’d love 8 hours every night. | |
