Lose the gut! I have maybe 7-8 pounds of extra fat around the waist that I want gone. This does not necessarily mean losing the weight, since if I gain muscle I may even gain weight. The goal is to flatten the stomach.

Stats: Weight 164.8. (Down only .2 more Lbs, but after largest binge day by far) Body seems a little more toned, possible muscle gain and thus greater loss, dexa scan next week. Chest 88.5 (Noticed have been measuring right under nipples and about an inch lower on the back. Raise up 1 inch and the likely true measurement becomes 98.0) Waist 88.5 Hips. 88.5 L thigh 53.0 R thigh 54.0 L calf. 35.25 R calf 36.0 L Bicep.36.25 R bicep 36.0 |
