These goals are inspiring to even me to be more productive. Within all the work that you do, ensure that you incorporate breaks where you allow your mind to NOT think about work. These breaks can include, drawing (even if your not good), going for a walk, stretching, or reading a fictional book. These practices will alllow your conscious memory to relax and your sub-conscious memory to grab the problems/stresses your dealing with and try to solve them without your conscious awareness, it will help you have more mental energy for your tasks and relief during your day. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help motivate you!
PS.
True love is not a strong, fiery, impetuous passion. It is, on the contrary, an element calm and deep. It looks beyond mere externals, and is attracted by qualities alone. It is wise and discriminating, and its devotion is real and abiding. (kinda sounds like good, ole' fashioned hard work, huh?)

A bit of a struggle this week. Going to retool and refocus for this next week. |
|
First week down and I have been more productive than I have been probably all year up to this point. |
|
Three days into this new venture and I'm already feeling far more confident in my ability to follow through on my daily commitments and goals. I am hopeful to add more goals that I need the extra layer of accountability for on stickk, but also don't want to overload myself and become overwhelmed.
With that said, I am finding that my mood at work has significantly improved as I have become more responsible with my workload and have not allowed myself to leave the day unfinished. I am looking forward to posting new progress and insights as my journey unfolds. |
