| Ok I hit a couple days. When depression comes I let go of a lot of good things I do. I keep looking for the right person or quote to inspire me—I’m looking everywhere. What I slightly hate but know is true that the person I need to look to is me. I’m adding calendar reminders so I remember to update the journal daily. | |
