I am so happy that I have felt in my body the difference in energy and health from switching to fat burning instead of sugar burning . Now I look forward to eating vegetables, protein, and good fats because I feel so much better and Iā€™m looking good too!

I have gone from 187.5 pounds to 182.1 pounds. I have switched to a healthy ketogenic diet and have a lot more energy and focus . I have diagnosed my liver as the culprit for water retention and slow metabolism. Since I have been focusing my diet, supplements, and exercise on rebuilding and caring for my liver , excess fluid has really come off and I feel much better.
