being "in" bed by 9:30 PM on M,T,W,TH,Sunday to allow for a half hour of journaling, reading, etc. or lights out if I'm tired. On Fridays & Saturdays, "in" bed by 10:30. Any divergences must be pre-approved by referee. Allowances for extenuating circumstances must also be approved by ref.
