- be in bed by 2:30 a.m.
- leave either to go work out within 40 minutes of waking up - leave for the office one hour after leaving the gym - work on my movie 5 minutes after arriving at the office - take no more than a 10 minute break after working the first 2 hours - work a total of at least 4 hours in the movie. I can finish those sessions after spending the evening with Nathalie

| Since I doubled my workout and cleaned a lot more of the apartment than expected, I have decided instead to be in bed by 12:30 a.m. the latest and wake up at 8:30 the latest tomorrow. I must leave for the office within 30 minutes of waking and must begin work on my movie, starting with the Drone Shots, within 5 minutes of arriving. I cannot take more than a 10 minute break after the first two hours of work and must work at least 6 hours on the movie. | |

| Additionally, even if it takes longer when I get home, I must do the dishes and make the bed before going to the office. | |

| Since I had to charge my headphones to work out and talk to Nathalie on the phone, I had to leave a little later. To make up for it, (for the same stakes) I commit to doing at least 3 shoulder exercises after finishing my back sets. | |
