| I did not make it this week. Down a bit but it has not been good tha last few days. Back at work, which is never good, have had some candy. Evenings have been tough with the kids. Have been out running once and hope to go again tonight. | |

Was down 0.5 kg in the first two days, then me and the kids went for a 24 hour spa trip. Meaning I could not move while there... and lots of good, albeit somewhat healthy food :-). Also, DH away Wed-Sun so I cannot run (it is way too hot to run during day while kids can be left alone). So back to 68.1 this morning... Hope next week will be better as I am working, can eat better and exercise. I see a lot of walking and some running... and only salads for lunch :-). |
