Not eating or drinking sugar, grains, starches, alcohols, snacky finger food, or any other high-carb foods. I can have 1 cheat meal per 2 hours of working out at the gym though. The meal window can go for a few hours though IF you're hanging out with people but can't encompass two meals, but gradual grazing and drinking is fine with friends. Otherwise, cheat meals are a 90 minute window if you're alone. Birthdays and big holidays are cheat days. So are PTO days.
