No sweets. Done with work by 8. Get off butt and start to bed by 9. All above exempt on Shabbat. FB and Insta only 15 on Sunday. No news sites or radio news. No aimless internet searching. No computer on couch. No TV except on Shabbat night or if with whole family. Up at 5 M-F. Ends at the end of Yom Kippur.
