Wedding. Stress.

But at least I was out running yesterday :-) . Really short & slow but stilll :-)

It has been two days with higher numbers, 67.7 and 67.5 today (Thursday). Reporting is Monday. I need to do better - it will be a tough goal, as I want to get down 0.8 kg in 4 days. My weight is so unstable right now.

Exercise:
I plan to run at least once this weekend.
I need to walk, hope I can do that today and tomorrow as well.
I want to get back to 10 000 steps a day, I have been around 8-9 for a couple of days, so not too far off.

Good day yesterday. Out with DS1 for practise, able to run a bit. Good. 67.1 this morning.
Did not plan the exercise this week as the evening was turned upside down, but should have some time to do that tonight.

So, yet another weight loss goal. 5 kgs in 10 weeks.
How to do this:
Move - run at least 2 times a week, at least 8 km total per week.
Eat - log what I eat. Decide on rules for candy and cakes etc - will think about that until later this week.

Next step:
1) find a small note book for food logging.
2) plan exercise for the week
