| Over Thanksgiving break, since my friend Matt was also home, I worked out almost every day. Matt is my gym buddy, so when we are both home at the same time we hit the gym everyday. It is a lot of fun and nice to have a friend that motivates me to exercise. | |

| I forgot to report due to Thanksgiving break, but this latest failure of a report was a real failure. As explained in an earlier journal entry, I only have failed one other time and not twice because the second failure was a result of forgetting to post about the week. The week before Thanksgiving break I was going through some personal things that caused me to only workout once that week. I was fatigued and tired everyday and truly had no motivation to workout at all. I was able to make it to the gym once, but after that workout I do not think I have ever felt so tired in my life. As I am writing this into the following week, things are much better now as will be explained in my next journal entry. | |

| It has finally been getting too cold for tennis, so I am now back on my basketball kick. I love playing basketball all and it is great exercise, so this past week I have played multiple times. This will most oilily stay the same for the rest of the semester given that it will be too cold for tennis. | |

| On Saturday I had a tennis tournament at Temple University. To prepare for this tournament, I played tennis a lot during this past week. It felt great because I haven't played a ton of tennis recently and it felt good to het back into it. | |
