I was able to do 185 8 times last week which is definitely a downgrade from doing 225 14 times this summer. I assume its from being inactive for so long and that it will come back to me quickly throughout the weeks. This week I was able to do 205 6 times and I felt that I could have easily done more but I held myself back due to not having a proper spotter.

This week I measured my current limits so I can't advance my reps this week since I didn't know my limits but I did lift 3 times this week and next week I hope to push these limits.
