| Halfway there! It's starting to really come together and actually feel like a book now. I feel less overwhelmed when I work on it, and have been able to get in the zone a little bit more by finding things to inspire me to write. I've been putting off some of the more research-heavy sections, so it may be uphill from here, though. | |

| I procrastinated this week and now I'm really struggling to feel motivated! I only have 500 words left to go and am finding every excuse not to (literally writing this journal entry instead?). I finished chapter 2 today, though, so I'm thinking I should start adding editing and citation work to my weekly goals if I want to actually be finished at the end of this period rather than have a whole bunch of menial work left. Maybe when a chapter is finished the following week I should add editing it to my goals? Idk. | |
