Missed Thurs and Sat. Thurs was drinks night - ate some extra pizza. Sat was dinner with friends - had extra calories. Did not binge. Only drinking alcohol with social events, did a good job on Friday limiting my wine.
Could focus on banking calories earlier in day if I know I am going to splurge later in day.

Social events and going out to dinner derailed my attempts. Will see how things shake out as going back to higher fat diet. May be less hungry during day and so could bank more calories.
