Not been training at home over Christmas. Starting BBM 12 Week Strength template now I'm moving back to Swansea.

87.5 bench, hit 140 snatch + missed 140 conv, 24kg DB press, 120 squat for 6 4 5. looking for 6 6 6 minimum next week, form feeling really good on squats.

85kg bench, 130kg deads (failed 2x 140kg singles), 22kg db press (switched to not using the bench as a backrest and had to drop down), low bar 120x5 using old technique (wider stance, sitting hips back and dropping into the hole much more horizontally). Confident with all lifts increasing well now, feeling stronger by the week and should be hitting 2 plate squats for Christmas along with 3 plate deads for sets.
