30 minutes of Meditation/CBT 5 mornings a week - first thing in the morning if possible.
90 second meditation on the remaining 2 days, no CBT. Only 2 week commitment to start with in case it is too much. Have done similar before so shouldn't be too touch.

Ahhh that wasn't so bad. And that was definitely good for me. I'll be continuing this.

Meditation is like exercise, it's pretty much always a good idea, and it's always progress. Easy to slip back into this routine, for the most part.
