Week 12 complete, and here are the final statistics: I only missed ONE DAY out of 12 weeks. I have lost a little under fifteen pounds. My waist has shrunk by 3 cm, and my energy level is much improved. At the beginning of the 12 weeks, my incline bench was 175 lbs, regular bench 200 lbs, barbell deadlifts 225 lbs, military press 155 lbs, Squats 265 lbs, and finally, leg press 360 lbs. At the end of this odyssey, my incline is at 195 lbs, my regular at 225 lbs, deadlifts 235, military 165, squats 285, and leg press at 370 lbs. I look forwarding to continuing improvements.
