I had a bit of a hiccup on Saturday cos we celebrated Alex’s 21st, but other than that it’s been pretty good. Training’s been going pretty good, I got a picture of how my run is doing too so that’s good, I think. Ain’t nothing I’m unsure of that I can think of, if I think of something I’ll flick you a message big man. It all seems to be going all gravy 👌🏻 |

| Yogurt is easy big man give it a scan for exact macros, once our checkup comes around we’ll definitely increase training at the moment we are building healthy routines and getting into a training and eating rhythm we’ll build from there!! | |

I’ve had no hiccups these past 2 weeks. I am training as the program says however I think after my next appointment check up thing that I can work out a day or two more as opposed to just 3 times a week. The only thing I’m unsure of at the moment is how yoghurt fits in with macros and the like |
