I've been much better this week. A lot of has to do with the fact that I was sick but I feel like I have a new resolve to be better. Im excited to change! |

I was much better this week. I have not had the need to eat so much. I feel much more in control and I think through what I am going to eat a lot. It has been a good week. I still could improve in calorie tracking, (I realize that is the original goal but I genuinely have improved) I just need to make sure that I put it in my phone or write it down. That would be that much more beneficial. |

I had hoped that with the holidays I would have more self control but I had things that I should not have. I actually was more selective about what I would eat - a little less like a garbage disposal. But, still I don't feel like I put in the effort I should have to count my calories. I will do it this week as I am a little bit more into my schedule. I am hoping that I can get a little bit more into a routine even if still will be kind of a funny week. |

I didn't track the calories like i had hoped but I noticed a difference in that I was more conscience of what i was ewting and I didn't feel the need to eat too much or go for snacks or anything. I think that's an improvement. I'm going to continue to count calories but also eat foods with a low glycemic index so that i don't get as hungry! |
