| First full 20 mins jogging... I say jogging because I felt like I was gonna die 😂 week 5 complete though bring on week 6!🤘🏻 | |

| After a pretty stressful week my mind defeated me for the first time in months 😭 I could not run... This was my poor attempt.... Will repeat today on Sunday and hope I do better 🤞🏻 | |

| Tonight hit the gym for a run... Stupidity set in though and I picked the treadmill that decides to reset on its own 🤦🏼♀️ so this screen shot is only part of my workout... Managed 2 full 8 minute runs broken up with 5 minute walk in between and I felt OK so I did another 4 mins on top 🤟🏻 getting there slowly! | |
