| I forgot to mention my approach to this weight loss. Firstly, I do intermittent fasting with ratio of 18/6. Secondly, I almost completely eliminated sugary and sweetened stuff, as it's all bad the same. I also don't snack - I only eat main meals. And the last point - I drink apple cider vinegar twice a day. | |
