Just a quick update.

I’ve been successful for these whole two weeks! Although, I don’t count the days anymore. I feel like this is something to note for. The challenge itself is a lot easier if you don’t think about the days and just keeping yourself busy. I’m going strong and can’t wait for more days to come and tell you guys about the benefits from this challenge.

Hey guys, I’ve finally reached the first report without having any problem!

Being able to complete the first week is pretty good. I do apologise that I couldn’t write too much journals for this journey. I been really busy, keeping myself out from porn and masturbating! I’m almost down to two weeks where everyone normally say that at this stage is when you find all the most benefits of it!

Anyways, for those of you guys are doing this challenge, good luck to you all and Merry Christmas!

I got woken up by my girlfriend today at 10AM and was rushed down to get ready to hang out with her friends. I was feeling really groggy and half asleep but somehow managed to snap out of it and got ready as soon as possible. I had to make a coffee for myself in order to have that positive vibe going instead of a tiring one. I never met her friends in real life, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to make new friends and get out of my comfort zone. Also, to put my book knowledge through actions.

Throughout the day, I managed to make everyone happy and entertained. I guess the methods of the book actually works. I got really well with them and got comfortable as soon as I shook hands with them. I must say I was even leading everyone to where we going even though I’m new to the city and barely know which places are the best to go to. Everyone was literally asking what food to eat and where. They were going for almost 10 mins just standing there not knowing. So I suggested to go somewhere nice. Eventually everyone followed me.

It’s great to have such confidence and being able to lead the group sometimes, especially when you just met them. I can honestly say that this NoFap is doing great so far with my confidence.

I'm sorry that I couldn't update you guys ever since I created this commitment. So I've decided to use this opportunity to tell you guys everything to what happened in the last three days to now.

Day 1 - December 9, 2018
Me and my girlfriend woke up early and decided to make breakfast and cleaned the room. Yes, the room was pretty messy as to I just moved in with her and all my stuff are everywhere in the room. I've decided to help her with the chores and cleaned thoroughly through out the afternoon.

We then had a quick rest and napped. During the night I also did my skin care routine which helps my face looks a bit healthier and hydrated.

Day 2 - December 10, 2018
Woke up around 10 with my girlfriend. This time I had so much energy to the point where I wanted to take all this energy to masturbation. But I decided to do the wise decision and used all my willpower to stop it. So I did my normal routine, did the bed, took a shower and brushed my teeth. Had beautiful breakfast.

Then around 2, we decided to go out in the city to have dinner and watch movies.
This whole 2 days were really great. I got off to thinking about porn or having to masturbate which is really good. My girlfriend has been trying to make me busy.

Day 3 - December 11, 2018
I woke up very early because I thought that the job I applied to has accepted me and that I had training. I did my routine as always and meditated. If you guys don't already know, meditation helps with everything. That includes the willpower, being in the present moment and making you calm. I cannot stress enough the power of meditation will actually help you in your daily life. My method of meditation is just by focusing on your breathing while sitting up still and straight.

As soon as I got to the job I applied to. I waited and talked to the person who interviewed me and told me that I wasn't accepted. Which I didn't mind because I always have this abundance mindset that no matter what happens I will get more even if I were to fail now.

I've also read the book "How to win friends and influence people". Almost finishing the book today. I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for self-improvement and if you have any social anxiety. This will also help you if you have any business that you're running.
