I’m going to modify my goal to one sweet treat day per week. Under the new rules, I actually made the goal for the first two weeks of Feb. however I did not make the goal last week. Starting new on Wed., Feb. 20. |

I made it a week! Yay me! Stoked to keep it going. Full disclosure, today I had a dried piece of grapefruit - one small item in lieu of dark chocolate after lunch. It was sweetened but so small as to equate to (or less) than the chocolate I’ve allowed. Also I had higher sugar dark chocolate at work left over from December. I bought new lower sugar chocolate to substitute and brought the bark thins home to Gary. I think the scale has inched downward a few ticks even! Also went to gym at lunch and walked yesterday at lunch. Keep movin. |

No dark chocolate available so I had a few dried, unsweetened apricots after lunch today. Gotta figure out what to have tonight to avoid the pumpkin muffins - I think unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon will do the trick. |
