Weight training must be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and cardio on Tuesday/Thursday mornings must include a distance of 1.5 miles or 15 minutes of running; or HIIT 1;30x4. Workouts may be skipped in the case of illness, emergencies, or mornings following less than 6 hours of sleep.
