- No squats (left knee felt funny, so I left it alone)
- No leg press (see above)
- 4 x 10 40 kg calf raises
- 2 x 10 5 kg arnold shoulder presses
- 2 x 5 40 kg shoulder raises

- 3 x 4 pullups (want to work up to 5x5 unsupported)
- 2 x 4 chinups (want to work up to 5x5 unsupported)
- 3 x 5 40 kg barbell rows
- 4 x 10 7.5 kg bicep curls

- 60kg chest press, with decline and incline presses using lighter weights
- 30kg tricep cable pulls
- 10 minutes on lightweight core and shoulder exercises
- 10 minute elliptical

Jan 11: Shoulder and leg day (squats, leg press, deadlifts). No elliptical.

Next week I will start recording max weights, sets and reps.
