TA agreed on $20 per night fine but been busy to check on me. Still trying to go to sleep around 10pm. Thursday night saw an urge to talk to people as a common feeling after finishing teaching at Uni. Afterwards I realized that I did not even want to talk on the phone that much. Need to be aware and adjust accordingly |

This week I've witnessed some urges to go out and do things spontaneously. Also a bad habit still exist, I've saved meditation, eating and brushing teeth until very close to 10 and some times Discussed with TA to decrease the fine to $20/ one late night. Pending TA response |

- Paid TA once this week for one day last week staying up early - Got burned out a bit this week but will try to regulate emotions and get back on track soon - Sometimes still having bad habit going to sleep a bit later than 9.30 |
