This past week was a good one, walking and snacking were on point and I actually pushed myself to do more than I had originally planned, particularly on days when it was cold, and the last thing I wanted to do was be outdoors. I've had sweets twice so far this week, but have walked to try to counterbalance the extra calories.

Last week, I was 'unsuccessful' due to being sick, but I am back to work, and doing pretty well. I walked for 20 minutes yesterday, and for had yogurt, coffee, and oatmeal for breakfast. As my energy increases, I plan to increase my walking, but I am happy that yesterday I stuck to my commitment!

Day One officially-Breakfast was pretty good-yogurt banana and granola.
