| I'm not doing well I slipped back in old behaviors. I'm trying to change my eating for the good but I seem to mess up. Today I really pigged out I feel really guilty tomorrow I will start fresh. Today has been totally off right down to my snacking I haven't even drank water right today! | |

| I changed my workout routine so hopefully that will produce results in a few weeks. However it's really hard to get the weight off. I have to continue to watch my portion and no bread. | |

| I don't understand maybe I seen it wrong but I went from 172 to 177 how did that happen I'm struggling getting out of the 70. I went out to eat this weekend I pigged out now my progress is stagnant. maybe I read the scale wrong I had to but so far I'm no longer losing weight just inches. I feel really bad again I just want to eat and hide. | |

| It's a struggle staying away from old behaviors. Today I'm 90 days clean from substance and alcohol staying away from old behaviors helped me make it to 90 days sober. I kind of compare my sober journey with my losing weight journey because old behaviors have contributed to my weight gain and lack of exercise the are closely related as far as I'm concerned. | |
