Failure. Due to roll, no training due to Ankle and family over weekend. Still could've done sit ups/pull ups at home. 2/4. Did stretch every morning however

Str8 leg deadlift 3x3: 120kg
DB Step ups 4x3: 25kg
DB sit ups: 15x2
Russian med ball twists: 20e/s x2

5/7 days. Did a lot more plyometrics or dynamic work like circuits this seemed to benefit you for Sundays game as you were much more energized
