Ok, so not completley done, i am learning to manage my self a bit and have realized (if i am listening to music and controling it at all, i am not thinking about what i need to do) also, I need a pad of paer always out in front of me, the more open the better , regular paper what ever... and mind map my actions as i do them and make time status updates and mark what im doing as i do it. It will show me feedback for sure and where i went wrong and make me more mindful for sure. ANy way, i am going to make another report to ensure this gets finished tonight or tommorow so I can do actually finish it. None the less, im doing good work, i havent started the actual writing of the prompts yet, but i have been making a useful tool i can share with others in my situation that walks them through signs and steps on how to do this. Its also a way for me to truly understand what I am doing. I am a hands on learner after all so taking notes and structuring my own knowledge is very helpful for that before i use it. |
