Im counting 2 hours of ultimate Frisbee as one of the weeks workouts. First week back to it and my whole body hurts lol

Parkers ab routine hurts.

Also, my ankle started hurting from running. I got a brace and have been doing some stretches to help, but I'm going to be taking it easy on the miles for a while. 8min goal will have to wait.
