Pulled an additional muscle in my back on Monday. Slipped and fell on ice Saturday. Very gimpy this week. Since I started this to alleviate back pain, it seems I’m failing miserably. Back to it next week. Soldier On.

Went a bit for with the program yesterday. Pulled a muscle in my back. Good news is that it isn’t the usual one, so gonna day that is making progress!

Working on shifting weight in exercises to track stiffness similar to horse training exercises. Interesting body awareness activity. Feeling a little stiff back, hollow front!

Going well, seeing some improvement already. Been battling with Mother Nature, so including shoveling snow as a workout.
