Sugar is poison. I will remove, where possible, all artificial sugars from my life. Rules:
- No sweets - No desserts - No cocktail - No diet sodas - No yoghurts with additives - No squashes Allowed Fruits are okay. Beer and wine in moderation. Two Amaretto sours per week. Exceptions: - One Sunday treat
