Today marks 2 weeks since I weighed myself last. Last time I weighed myself it was 187!! I was extremely happy and surprised. Today I weighed myself feeling as though I gained weight! 188.6 OKKK not as bad as I thought!! Not feeling discouraged AT ALL I continue my weight loss journey!! |

2/19 I originally started my new fitness journey 1/1/19 at 202 lbs. (WOW, I know right) Two years ago I was literally 145 lbs for my NPC competition. I felt untouchable! I fit into pants I wasn't even able to fit into in high school!. (Size 6) For being 5.8 that is such an awesome figure. Since then I have gone through so much, I honestly blame it on stress and happiness (if that makes since). I have lost parts of my life that I became so used too, and than also gained such an amazing man kinda both at the same time. I lost myself in so many ways other than personal health. I let myself go. I could not be anymore excited to make 2019 unbelievable! |
