Approximately 95% (or more) of the food I eat each week will be vegan. Shellfish, insect products, eggs from family chickens, gelatin, and other animal byproducts that can't exactly be defined as meat or dairy (such as bone charcoal or casein derivatives) count as vegan for my purposes.
