I commit to working out 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes - yoga, walking, HIIT, cardio, weightlifting etc - as long as it is continuous for 30 minutes.

Although I was generally active this week (lots of walking on and off during the day and sometimes evening) I only managed 2 out of 3 workouts. I have noticed that clothes are just a bit loser lately.

This week was hard for me as was the last one in which I did not meet my goal by a long shot. I can't believe it's already week 6 and I'm very proud to have made it this far in re-establishing the habit of exercise. As long as I remember I'm just doing it for me, I feel motivated again - I remove myself from all the societal pressure around it and remember that my driving force is my own happiness.
