I wanted to say that I'm soooO proud of you. Also think of how far you've come in just two years! You used to hate running... now you enjoy it... You've already run a marathon and ventured into a couple of your goals.. and have shown yourself that its possible..... Keep up the good work... hold true to your inner self, your dreams, and your goals... make the time for yourself..dont let your schedule run you ragged...nor the daily grind...never give up! to you I salute! Good luck, and God speed..I'll be watching ;-)

Today I did a few sets of workouts for my arms then ran three miles! Yeehaw!

First day on the weekly set! Today I focused on legs and glutes, started out running one mile (7mph) then did 4 set of `10 goblet squats, 4 sets of 10 reps of static squats with abductions, then 4x10 of dumbell squats (10lb each hand), 4x10 squat jumps, 4x10 frog pumps with goblet, 4x10 of clams with 10lb goblet, and finished with 4 sets of 10 reps of cable squats (25lb). Thoroughly waddled out the gym. Bought all the foods on my weekly meal plan, staying below the amount of carbs she recommends though.
