| Today is the first day that I use stickk.com. Recently I have recover significantly from depression and eating disorders, and have started to get on track better each day. However, today I had an headache and my self control decreased dramatically. I woke up late, used half an hour of ig, ate bread for breakfast, ate lunch while I was not hungry, ate a lot of dinner, and ate half a chocolate cake! Today was horrible, but tomorrow will be better. I hope days like this would not happen anymore in the future. | |
