DRINKS: REPLACE MID WEEK ALCOHOLIC DRINKS WITH SODASTREAM+JUICE OR SIMILAR FROM SUNDAY EVENINGS THROUGH TO FRIDAY. NB: TINY NIGHTCAPS RIGHT BEFORE BED STILL ALLOWED. MODERATE ALCOHOL ON FRI AND SAT ALSO ALLOWED.
