Close but not enough. Have not been doing the excerise either, so only fair. But I am good with the walking! |

I was not doing well, so I had an "eat less" day yesterday, and that did the trick for now. However, I have not done my daily practice and I am running a bit behind on walking so not too happy w/myself (walking should be possible to catch up).
Eating has been well though *happy*. |

It started off well, I followed the list and lost some weight (I have not been perfect w/the daily challenge but the rest is good). But the last few days has been a bit tougher, I have been eating ok but too much, and there has been wine. So the weight is a bit up again (67.4 this morning and needs to go down to 66.8 in a few day. Should be doable I hope. |

In three weeks time, I will be at a family spa.
I want to feel more relaxed than I do know, so I want ot lose 2 kgs in 3 weeks.
The way to reach the goal:
* No candy, cake or ice cream
* No over-eating
* No crisps, salty nuts or other salty stuff
* Walk/jog/run on average 10 000 steps a day
* Do the daily short work-out challenge (yes every day)
I will only mark complete if I have followed all of above during the week, as well as weight loss.
Kids will be in school/after school care during all the weekdays except for the 11th. Weekends will be tougher so I need to create a buffer during the week.
I will need to ask DH to do his part of minding the kiddies. |
