My eating has been pretty good, with a few issues due to having nuts (which seem to make my skin break out, and usually result in me putting on weight, especially peanuts for some reason). I'm trying to avoid nuts and stick to low-carb AIP.

It's been a while since I checked in - I got quite ill with regard to my sleep, but I have switched medications and am feeling relatively normal again! I'm not sure what I weigh, and I still do not have scales. However, I will weigh myself each morning at the gym before eating/drinking and report back. I'll also get some scales!

I have been working out 5 times per week (for the past two weeks only, before that was very patchy), and am already beginning to feel more relaxed, energetic, and better about my body.

Actually no idea what I weigh, but don't think I have put on any weight.

No idea what my current weight is - I just moved house and there is no set of scales - we will see as soon as I get some.
