It's Monday, a week from where I started and I am 4.6 lbs down, plus over 1 inch less in Total Inches (TI). Did my binge day on Sat and surprisingly, there was almost no weight gain. Then again I didn't loose anything either despite being actually really good yesterday Sunday.
Anyhow, can't really see how I am going to loose 20 lbs in 30 days but hey good start, right!?!?
On to making breakfast, eggs, with probably some Tuna out of the can and beans ... Really need to the beans to feel full. |

4 POUNDS DOWN SINCE MONDAY
So far, so good, 4 lbs down isn't bad considering my travel etc. And yes I am very excited about my scheduled, weekly binge day for tomorrow ... have a feeling there are pancakes in my near future :-) |

DAY 3 started with scavenging the office fridge, finding hard boiled eggs, guacamole and hummus ... Was actually not bad but too creativity. Traveling on "Slow Carb" will be interesting! |

DAY 2 started with a great weigh-in with 3lbs down, just wow. But in the end, I was starving because there wasn't any food for me on airplane. Probably need to bring some with me. And then for dinner I did only eat protein, and whatever veggies were available but felt I are more than needed, curious to see what the scale says tomorrow back home. |
