Ran 3 miles for the first time in weeks. When I started, I wore size 38 jeans. I went to buy size 34 jeans at Macy's and I just couldn't fit in to the 34s...so I had to get the size 33s. Weighed 199 this morning.

I have changed my commitment, even though I'm not supposed to. I know if I don't give myself some leeway, I will never succeed and therefore I've decided that I'll eat 98% healthy, and 2% whatever I desire.
