I've managed to stick to my grain and sugar free diet this week, but I'm still eating far too much. Hopefully being back at work will get me into a more structured eating schedule. Feeling a bit deflated as I'm as fat and bloated as ever. Part of my challenge is definitely going to be practicing patience. I've really enjoyed training this week and I'm looking forward to regulary adding my programming onto my WODs. Must make myself go to bed after a late evening class, as I've found myself feeling a bit wired and staying up until 1am - not good!

In January 2013, my body fat was 47! As of 10/9/2013, my body fat is 41.8. That's already 5.2% down. Great job!
