No great news to report. FitnessForTen membership canceling form needs to be sent out. And while Bally's isn't quite necessary nor appropriate right now, more needs to be done towards my fitness and health. A possible idea would be to just grab the bar from Andrew for now and return for the bench when a vehicle is available.

Plan is to start ramping up after Steamtown. I'm going to go with my tried and true 5/1 run/walk breaks. They have aid stations every 10 miles, and Susan has friends that live there that might be able to help us. Hopefully, a couple of folks will travel with us to help support us! :-)
